At Metro Hall, Bookmobile 2 is now just a tiny Sprinter van. Gone is the middle-aged lady who’s seen it all and has endless patience. Now we’ve got an old guy who sits there ignoring your ass and a newbie who does all the work. (Two bodies – in less than half the space.) Neither of them particularly knows the rules, especially about borrowing an item that pops up as having been put on hold. They like to argue with you about settled matters, like how the current location and headquarters of the bookmobiles work just fine (they don’t).
Toronto’s most charming feature soured. Give us back the big van, which never had a problem serving Metro Hall, and get rid of these guys.
